Mouse pads have been the primary product of Images Now, Inc. since 1993. We manufacture and custom print and cut all kinds of mouse pads, including: 1. Soft fabric top style with a natural sponge rubber base, often referred to in the industry as "soft tops". These are usually custom printed with sublimation dye, especially when they are printed in full color. But there are other printing methods, including screen printing and decal style transfers. The special decal style transfers, when done properly, are extremely durable and show one color prints in the most vivid manner possible. 2. Plastic surface mouse pads with lamenated paper print and sponge rubber base. These are commonly called "hard tops", and are great as showing the best detail in the artwork. Rather than dying fabric, as is done with a soft top pad, we actually print on high quality coated paper, and this is lamenated in between the plastic clear surface and the sponge rubber base. These tend to feel more "high tech". They represent approximately 35-40% of the mouse pad market. 3. Plastic surface mouse pads as #2 above, but with the print done directly to the back side of the clear plastic. This is only cost effective on large quantities due to the special type of printing press and inks and curing technique required for production. It is a very durable pad. 4. Ultra-Thin mouse pads are like the hard top styles, but they do not have the sponge rubber base. Instead, ours have a "peel and place" feature that allows placement and re-placement. They do not leave a tacky film behind as some of our competition's versions of this style do. These are particularly good as promotional mail inserts and as inexpensive give-a-ways at trade shows. The perform just as well as the regular hard top mouse pads. Just lighter and the thickness is similar to a credit card's. Mouse Pads, custom printed and blank  Images Now, Inc. also manufactures coasters, wrist rests, and mouse pads/wrist rest combos. We handle order quantities as small as 100, and often as large as hundreds of thousands. Everything we print can also be purchased as an unprinted "blank" item. We use them to either print the sublimation dye paper sheets used to transfer images to a fabric mouse pad, coaster, counter mat, or wrist-rest, or we use them to print the paper sheets that are laminated between clear plastic and sponge rubber of our "hard top" mouse pads and counter mats. Also, for orders of 10,000 quantity and more, we can print directly to the underside of the top clear plastic surface of the 'hard tops', skipping the paper component of this type of pad, making them water-proof. Mouse pads, coasters, and wrist rests Besides custom printing, we can also custom cut various shapes of our items for special uses or advertsing roll-outs.
